Wasaka Museum, short for *Waja Sampai Ka Puting* (meaning “Unyielding Until the End”), is a
historical museum located in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. It commemorates the local heroes
and resistance movements during Indonesia’s fight for independence. Housed in a traditional
Banjar-style wooden house along the Martapura River, the museum displays artifacts, weapons,
photographs, and documents that tell the story of South Kalimantan’s contribution to Indonesia’s
freedom.
