Veliko Jezero is the larger of the two famous saltwater lakes located inside Mljet National Park. Surrounded by dense forest and calm walking paths, the lake is known for its clear water and peaceful atmosphere, making it one of the most relaxing spots on Mljet Island. The lake’s gentle shoreline and flat paths make it ideal for walking, cycling, and quiet observation of nature.
