Lahugala Magul Maha Viharaya is a historic Buddhist temple located near the Lahugala Kitulana National Park in the Ampara District of Sri Lanka. Steeped in legend and ancient architecture, it is believed to be the site where King Kavan Tissa and Queen Viharamahadevi were married over 2,000 years ago. Surrounded by lush forest and stone ruins, the temple complex is a beautiful blend of history, spirituality, and nature.
