  • 🚐 Utilize the daily shuttle service that departs from the Sepilok area (SORC) at 10:30 AM to catch the feeding at Platform B 🚌
  • 🚗 Note that the final 15 km stretch is a gravel road; ensure your vehicle is prepared for some jostling 🚜
  • 📍 Ensure you have a return transport plan, as booking a Grab from the remote sanctuary can be difficult 🗺️

Travel Tips

  • 🕙 Follow feeding schedules strictly: Platform A (09:30 AM & 02:30 PM) and Platform B (11:30 AM & 04:30 PM) 🕙
  • 🛡️ Do not touch or feed animals independently; these are wild animals and following the “no-contact” rule is vital 🛑
  • 🧴 Bring sun protection, insect repellent, and plenty of drinking water for the humid mangrove climate ☀️
  • 📸 Photography is allowed without flash; note that a conservation fee (approx. RM 10) may apply for DSLR cameras 📷
