Hierapolis Ancient City is a well-preserved Roman settlement located next to the famous Pamukkale travertines. Founded in the 2nd century BC, the city later flourished under Roman rule and became an important religious and cultural center. Today, visitors can explore impressive ruins that clearly reflect ancient Roman city life.
