Heptapyrgion Fortress, also known as Yedi Kule, is a historic fortress located on the northern hills of Thessaloniki. Dating back to Byzantine times, it later served as a prison during the Ottoman period. Today, it is best known for its panoramic views over the city and the Thermaic Gulf.
