Fontana delle Tette, or “Fountain of the Breasts,” is one of Treviso’s most curious
and symbolic landmarks. Originally built in 1559, this historic fountain celebrated
abundance and good governance. According to local legend, during times of
prosperity, the fountain would flow with red and white wine for the citizens to enjoy.
Today, the replica stands proudly under an arcade in the city center, reminding
visitors of Treviso’s rich traditions and joyful spirit.
