Bourtzi Castle is a small but iconic sea fortress located on a rocky islet in Nafplio harbor. Built by the Venetians in the 15th century, it once protected the town from naval attacks. Today, it is one of Nafplio’s most photographed landmarks and a symbol of the city’s maritime history.
