The Botanical Garden of Málaga (Jardín Botánico Histórico La Concepción) is one of Europe’s most beautiful subtropical gardens. Founded in 1855 by the Marquis and Marchioness of Casa Loring, the garden covers more than 23 hectares filled with exotic plants, waterfalls, and walking trails. Once a private estate, it now offers visitors a peaceful escape just minutes from the city, blending natural beauty, history, and art in perfect harmony

  • 🌉 Visit the famous nineteenth-century ‘Iron Bridge’ and stand by the cascading waterfall for the garden’s best photo spots 📸
  • 🏛️ Explore themed routes like the “Historical Garden” to see Roman sculptures or the “Mediterranean Walk” for local flora 🏺
  • 🌎 Spot diverse exotic plants brought from Africa, Asia, and South America by the garden’s original 1855 founders 🌺
  • 🔭 Hike the upper trails to reach the historic viewpoints that offer sweeping panoramic vistas of the Málaga skyline and sea 🌊
