Kandariya Mahadev Temple

Kandariya Mahadev Temple is the most prominent and architecturally detailed temple in Khajuraho’s Western Group. Built during the 11th century, it represents the peak of Chandela temple architecture with its tall shikhara, intricate carvings, and highly refined sculptural work.
