North Platform

The North Platform is one of the most prominent elevated structures at Monte Albán and offers sweeping views across the Oaxaca Valley. This massive platform played an important ceremonial and administrative role in Zapotec society and demonstrates the scale of construction achieved at the site. Its height and position made it a focal point for gatherings, rituals, and observation.
