Smuggler Mountain Trail is a well-known hiking route located just east of downtown Aspen. The trail climbs steadily to scenic overlooks that provide sweeping views of Aspen town and the surrounding Elk Mountains. It is popular with hikers, runners, and cyclists looking for a rewarding outdoor experience close to town.
