The Lankatilaka Vihara, located near Pilimathalawa, is one of the most impressive ancient temples in Sri Lanka. Built on a rocky outcrop in the 14th century, it combines Buddhist and Hindu architectural styles, showcasing magnificent frescoes and sculptures.
