Little Skellig

Little Skellig is a steep rocky island located close to Skellig Michael off the coast of County Kerry. It is one of Ireland’s most important seabird sanctuaries and is home to large colonies of gannets and other seabirds. Although landing on Little Skellig is not permitted, visitors can view the island by boat or from mainland viewpoints. The sight of thousands of seabirds nesting on the cliffs makes it a remarkable natural attraction.
