Working People’s Cultural Palace

The Working People’s Cultural Palace is located just east of the Forbidden City and was originally built as the Imperial Ancestral Temple during the Ming Dynasty. This historic complex was once used for royal ancestor worship ceremonies and later transformed into a public cultural space.
