Cabo Blanco Nature Reserve is Costa Rica’s very first protected area, established in 1963. Located
at the southern tip of the Nicoya Peninsula, this pristine reserve is a paradise for hikers,
birdwatchers, and wildlife enthusiasts. The park covers over 1,200 hectares of tropical forest and
coastal areas, offering lush trails, scenic viewpoints, and an untouched beach at the end of the
main trail.
